I stopped by the store for the first time since 2019. My understanding was that I could browse your inventory and ask questions as I had in the past. Upon entering the first employee was pleasant and gave me a quick rundown of how things are now. I was checking out the main display case before I gave any card names. However, an employee came out from the back and rudely informed me that I should send in lists via email and handed me a card with the information on it. It threw me off and I asked to view a binder and browsed pulled a few out. He then moved to the computer and said I could name off cards and he will look them up. I gave a few names and they found them which was fine. He did everything very fast and was short with me. I felt like I was being rushed out the door. I bought what was pulled and a pack. Proceeded to leave. The customer experience was miserable and I will likely not go back. Looking at the information that was supplied, there’s space for writing a list on the back which was not mentioned. I checked the website / Facebook and there is nothing that states “place large orders by email”.
Great shop that is well organized if you are looking for anything specific. They also donate cards to local schools to help promote the hobby. Come check them out!
I had an upgrade list for MTG commander and they did really good at arranging the cards together for me and giving me a fair price. Beats ordering online!
Very knowledgeable staff. All questions answered.
Cute little store. Great people running it. And they run kids programs. What's not to love?
