I only got to try an intro class for now but I loved it so welcoming and I am heavily considering a membership! It made me feel so good :)

Holly is an excellent Pilates instructor! She is funny, entertaining, and very enthusiastic. I can’t wait to take another class from her!!!
Alicia is so awesome! Loved the workout and great stretching in-between exercises! She is always bright and sunny with a beautiful smile that gets you motivated even on a gloomy day like today!
Katie is one of the best instructors at the Rochester location.
