Beautiful services and staff. My daughter attended here and told me about how much she loved her teachers and friends here. Very diverse community. Would recommend!

My daughter went here M-F for 9 months at least and she never got sick once the entire time. After the previous year at daycare where she never went more than 2 weeks without getting sick. That was so nice. Also they are the only daycare that I know of in Rochester that is open past 6. So when my work had a mandatory training from 6-8pm - it was so nice that my daughter could go here. She had been going there as occasional drop in the previous 2 years. I also Greatly Appreciated them respecting parents decisions on vaccines. It should be up to the parents to decide which vaccines they want to do how far apart at what age or none if they don’t want to. I love that this daycare believes that too. Their rooms are nicely decorated with beautiful murals. The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to just walk in to pick her up. Have to buzz and wait but it is understandable to keep kids safe. So it was still totally ok. They are always there busy with lots of kids. Staff were very nice to me and are still nice when I see them in public and remember me & my daughter and hug her. ☺️

I grew up with a mom that was a childcare provider, and also my aunt owned two centers in Minneapolis before, and in the 16 years that I have had kids , I have never trusted no daycare for any of my children until my little ones joined bright star daycare, I have so much peace in my heart to know that my kids are in a daycare , that not only loves them, but tends to their need and also every child that is there, my daughter that is 2 is so happy to go every day and cry when she has to come home lol, my baby that is 7 months receives the care and love and attention that a mom would do at home, this daycare is beyond a blessing to the community but also to the children that are in need of childcare, it's not about money there, these wonderful , beautiful people truly care about you children, and this daycare I choose was a god sent choice, everyone can have a opinion but truth speaks in the actions , thank you bright star daycare and to all the staff for being strong , loving , encouraging and willing to run a business to care for other people children, the sign I see when I come in, makes me feel like this place is also a place I can call another home and a safe haven for children 🙌😊 thank you so much!

Children are often neglected. The staff is harsh with the children. I was told to cancel my child’s IEP by this daycare. My child came home crying with a bloody underwear. Nobody ever told me what happened to her. Instead the director threatened to beat me up for protecting my 4 year old daughter. It’s not a safe space for any child.

I've been searching for a daycare that allows me to focus on my work with peace of mind. I never have to worry about Brightstar daycare. Our family is incredibly impressed with the care and attention our children receive. From the moment we walk in, the staff greets us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The facility is always clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that keep my kids happy, full, and stimulated throughout the day. The teachers are not only professional but also truly caring and attentive to each child's individual needs. My children are 5, 3, and 7 month old. They've all developed strong bonds with their caregivers and have shown significant progress in their social and educational skills. I appreciate the regular updates and photos that keep me informed about their daily experiences. Again, it's comforting to know that my children are in such good hands, allowing me to focus on my work with peace of mind.
