My daughter loves Daniel and ballet!🩰 He is a great dancer, very professional and awesome with children. You can tell he is extremely dedicated and loves his job. We are grateful for having such high level teacher in Rochester! Don’t think twice to join BalletCorps!!

I highly recommend BalletCorps to those looking for premier ballet instruction in Rochester, MN! BalletCorps has become such a meaningful part of my daughter’s dance journey. From the moment we joined, it was clear that the program is intentionally structured to support strong technical development while still fostering confidence and joy in dance. Each class has purpose and progression, giving students the foundation they need to grow while keeping them engaged and motivated. Daniel is an exceptional instructor whose attention to detail truly sets BalletCorps apart. He holds high expectations in class, encouraging dancers to listen, stay focused, and be fully present in their training. This standard creates an environment where students understand the value of discipline, respect, and hard work; qualities that extend far beyond the studio. What I appreciate most is Daniel’s commitment to each dancer’s individual growth. He consistently makes real-time corrections, taking the extra moment to explain adjustments and ensure students are performing movements safely, correctly, and to the best of their ability. His feedback is both constructive and encouraging, helping dancers feel supported while pushing them to reach their full potential. Just as meaningful is the atmosphere BalletCorps has created. I highly recommend Ballet Corps. As a parent, Daniel Blake’s teaching goes well beyond ballet technique! There are life changing lessons within his classes that will last my daughter a lifetime of advancement! He has such a passion for teaching, a deep philosophical approach, and will challenge your student wherever they’re at.
