Ballet Blake is the ONLY true classical ballet school in the area. If you want your child to learn the discipline and artistry of traditional ballet, then Ballet Blake is a wonderful choice. My daughter has been a student at the school for years and continues to grow in her abilities and strength as a dancer year after year. The teachers make class at every level fun and challenging, and create beautiful dancers in the process. As someone who has a fairly extensive ballet background myself, I would not recommend any other school for ballet in Rochester.

Rochester is so lucky to have QUALITY ballet instruction! I would give 10 stars if I could! Ballet Blake trained my children impeccably! Sadly we have moved, however due to their early training received at Ballet Blake they auditioned and now train with ABT, Joffrey and Ailey! As a former dancer having quality training was a priority. I wanted to avoid poor training that would lead to a poor ballet education or worse injury. Daniel and Julie offer individual attention and invest time to make corrections-both of which are essential to learning the craft. In my opinion, as a former professional dancer, I would not waste time with any other school.
Amazing ballet teachers. Teachers have fantastic technique. True professional ballet classes. For beginners or for advanced dancers. I personally LOVE the adult ballet class.
