Parents, take heed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Daycare!! I had to remove my child from this daycare do to neglect and lack of proper staffing. We were only there 2 weeks & this is my experience. I was initially excited to watch my little learn and play, but it turned into a nightmare to sit helpless at work watching the classroom teacher yank & pull & toss the children around as if she hated her job and those innocent children. At a panic, I called the director & begged her to go save those kids. That abusive teacher turns out had already put her notice in & as of now is no longer employed there. In addition to, my child always had dried snot stuck on their face when I picked them up, we were suffering from allergies from the weather change. I had to daily ask the teachers to wipe her face! And it was never done unless I was standing there. Also, My child was being bullied by an older child in the same classroom & the one teacher that was in there was busy changing a diaper. My child received punches, kicks & pushed multiple times. I AGAIN, called the directer & demanded she go remove my child from harm! !! Before you Enroll, BARE IN MIND: *All of the staff are college students & aren't mothers themselves. So know the "motherly energy" provided to your child(ren) is going to be very very low. *The Directer is NOT watching those cameras! Anything goes in those classrooms... *In my opinion, your child is being kept alive while you are at work, not Thriving. I have sat there at watched that camera day, after, day after day.... & it's not comforting. I have (unapologetically) screen recorded ALL THESE INCIDENTS ABOVE for MY RECORD of Proof of the neglect my child received while attending. The daycare doesn't want to get sued for incidents like these so they cover their behinds by making you agree not to screen record. Doing so will get you banned from viewing the classroom. But as a police security officer, a Mother who dearly loves, I gave no ***** to protect MINES! Respectfully. And the director was obviously used to this routine because she KNEW to have our belongings at the front knowing we wouldn't return! She has done this a few times cause I KNOW I'm not the first. You've been warned. Mother to Mother, I suggest you find another daycare to care for your child while you are at work. I did, and I can tell my child is more engaged, cared for & my (and my husbands) voice as an involved parents is Respected & honored. Thank you for taking the time to read. Every parent should know the facts, ins & out before signing away. Good luck on your experience! I wish you well on your search! Remember, these children are our FUTURE!
