We stopped by this restaurant during our road trip after seeing so many great reviews and planning our route around it. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which was really disappointing since we had specifically planned to eat here. It would be very helpful if the closure days were clearly updated online to avoid situations like this for travelers. On a positive note, their shop was open.
On interstate 10 gas light flashing desperate, nearest gas was Simon Bros. Thank you, nice people,nice place.
Everyone is friendly and the Cafe out back is off the charts!
