We had an outstanding experience working with DR Horton on our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the team was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. They truly made us feel like we were their only client. Every question was answered quickly, every concern was addressed thoughtfully, and the entire process felt very personalized — which made a huge difference for us. Most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised. Our home was built to spec, everything came together beautifully, and they delivered on time, which is no small feat in today’s market. A special shout out to Shelbi, Jonathan, and Steve — they were absolutely incredible to work with. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I recently visited Wellborn Settlement by D.R. Horton to learn more about the community and available homes. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Compared to other new-build communities in the area, the floorplans felt well thought out and offered a lot of usable space, which made this community very appealing from a value standpoint. I worked with Jessica, the sales agents, and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She took the time to walk me through the different floorplans and pricing options. She answered my questions clearly and made the visit informative and comfortable , which I really appreciated. Based on my visit, I would definitely recommend checking out Wellborn Settlement if you’re looking for new construction with strong value.

I stopped by DR Horton’s Wellborn Settlement community during the Parade of Homes in College Station and met with Jessica. I was blown away by the craftsmanship and design of the homes every detail reflected the quality and care DR Horton is known for. Jessica’s professionalism, warmth, and knowledge made the entire visit exceptional. She represented the company with genuine enthusiasm and attention to our family’s needs. I highly recommend DR Horton if you’re looking for a new home in College Station, their team and homes both stand out.

We just moved to this community and we love it here so far. Erik Crofoot is one of the reasons we opted to buy home in this community. He has been very supportive and extremely patient with us throughout the process. He worked with us to find the right plan and even helped us get our preferred lot. If you are exploring and not sure about what you are looking for, he will definitely go out of his way to help you. We do recommend to have 3rd party inspection and get issues addressed before closing. We hired Moore inspectors, and they were very thorough.
