I just had the worst encounter with this office's front desk workers. Dr. Huskey is an excellent physician, but the front desk staff, particularly April, act foolish anytime they are at fault and try to blame you. After setting up an appointment and providing you with a date, they will eventually alter the appointment and ask that you be available for their change. I had an appointment with both of my kids on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 8:15 a.m.; they called to reschedule for today, October 25, at 3:15. When I arrived at 3:09, the front desk personnel informed me that the doctor was booked and that they would have to postpone my appointment.I really want to know how you booked an appointment on the date that the Dr. is completely booked. Nothing made sense from what they were telling . I even contacted them before I got there to confirmed the appointment was at 3:15, and they said “yes” when I got there everything changed. They ought to treat everyone with the same respect and treat appointments with more seriousness, in my opinion. Although I'm making an effort not to feel discriminated against, I really felt like I was.
I've long been an active person, getting back to that has been a struggle for me at times. I mostly see Samantha Husky I waited a year to post a review, my A1C is the lowest its been in 10 years, my energy is coming back even my blood pressure is at an all time great.The Best part is I'm mostly able to get back out there. I have personally recommended this team to my friends and family. In this age compassion is hard to come by this team does it very well. She listens to your needs and solves the issues. From the front Desk to the Nurse's in the back you just can't beat em. The photo was taken in Cozumel Mexico,Proof is in the pictures right?
Love the doctors there they try to do everything in their power to help you highly recommend going here!!!!
The receptionist didn't know how to look up insurance and has been wrong about everything we have asked her, but the other staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional.
Very professional from the time I walked in,until I walked out! They seem to care about their patients. The whole staff was very nice, from the receptionist to lab techs,to the nurses,and doctor! Thank you for the professionalism! Definitely be back..
