I’ve trained at Ramsey Jiu-Jitsu for 8 years and earned my black belt here. This place didn’t just teach me jiu-jitsu. It changed my life. Jeff Ramsey is one of the best teachers you’ll ever find, and the discipline and lessons I learned here will stay with me forever.
Ramsey Jujitsu is an incredible place to train. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about every student who walks through the door. Whether you’re brand new to jujitsu or have years of experience, they make you feel welcome and push you to improve. The environment is positive, respectful, and very family-friendly. My kids have gained confidence, discipline, and great self-defense skills, and the adult classes are both challenging and supportive. The coaching focuses on real technique and helping everyone progress at their own pace. If you’re looking for a place to learn jujitsu, get in shape, and be part of a great community, Ramsey Jujitsu is the place to be. Highly recommend for both kids and adults.
My son and I have been training here for 8 years. Professor Ramsey has a huge amount of knowledge and real world experience. His programs are fun and well focused. His instructors are knowledgeable and dedicated. There are many families that both kids and parents train here. Consistent training provides huge mental and physical benefits and this is the best place in the Lewisburg area for that training.
