Stay far away, completely disorganized. She lost my abstract. Later on they borrowed the new one I had made from the bank where it was kept since there were a lot of adjoining properties and their name was on the receipt of the borrower. Then they lost that one. They're not "under new ownership".
Wow, looks like all their responses are that they "are under new management." That is not the case at all. We dealt with the owner of this company "Latimer County Abstract and Title" two years ago and again last month (and are STILL trying to get our documents). She is very unprofessional and does not care about the clients needs at all. Please beware of this business, and go with a different title company!!!
