We love 8 acres nature school and Ms Amanda! My kids love coming here and exploring the woods. Highly recommend checking it out.
We absolutely love 8 Acre Nature School! I love that my son is getting all of the benefits of unstructured, multi-age, outdoor play and my son loves that there is "a fun stream to play in and LOTS of room to run around." Amanda is wonderful with the kids and great at communicating with parents. She has brought to life a safe, fun, engaging environment for children to develop their relationship with the natural world. We are so excited for the next session!
My daughter was apart of the first acorn class. She’s 2 years old and a nature lover already. So when we heard 8 Acre Woods Nature School was ready to start it was a no brainer! Mrs. Amanda is great with the kiddos, her education background shows and she makes everyone feel comfortable and welcomed! My daughter loved the mud kitchen, colored water station, digging for worms, splashing in the creek and making friends all along the way! We love the set up of this program from meeting at the park, sharing a fun activity , singing, dancing, reading a book or free play in the woods! We are eager to see the space change and grow as new things are added! If you want to give your child(ren) a safe outside place to really get into nature this is the place!
My son and I could have spent many more hours each day, exploring at nature school! We came home feeling very inspired after each session. Thank you for such a wonderful, inspiring session! We look forward to signing up again soon. :)
