Not bad. In @6:45 for 7:00 appointment. Out 08:00. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the intercom system at check in needs to be replaced or repaired to where drivers can actually hear clearly the person on the other side and as a bonus if the indian check in clerk speaks English instead of jubirish I’ll rate 6 stars!
I had a very bad experience at Amazon Fulfillment Center CMH3. The main issue was with their online check-in system. I know Amazon uses this system everywhere, but at this location the sound quality was terrible. The people on the other end could not hear my voice clearly, and I had to repeat my trailer number multiple times. The system itself did not seem to be working properly, and it took around one hour just to get checked in and be allowed inside the warehouse. This was very frustrating and a big waste of time. Once inside, the staff at the facility were actually very friendly and helpful, so I have no problem with them. However, the team handling the online/remote check-in and the poor audio system made this one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had. This really needs improvement.
