I was given the run around & it was clearly because i was enrolling my daughter private pay instead of through the state. First i wasn’t told there was a waiting list, but that was ok, i got a text from business coordinator COLON saying there was a spot open for the beginning of November & that was perfect i quickly enrolled my daughter filled out documents, submitted medical statements & then heard nothing, i reached out to try to get my daughter in to have a few warm up days before i returned to work & business coordinator COLON let me know that the reason i haven’t heard back was now because the new toddler room was not ready yet… interesting info to find out at that time because during my tour there was one room & no talks of another room coming. I let COLON know i thought that was unfair to find out & moving forward i asked her to fill me in with any updates moving forward… my daughter was fully enrolled just waiting for her first day at the center. Now another month goes by it is December, i get an email from COLON saying the new toddler room would be opening January 5, but that private pay & part time enrollment is no longer offered for toddlers… interesting because it definitely was allowed when they fully enrolled us back in early OCTOBER. Lol not to mention how ridiculous her email sounded COLON was awful to communicate with all this time & she has made it CLEAR that horizon education centers discriminates private payment for childcare. I thought Nisheka Colon was the worst one in the business, but she’s not alone, i called horizon education center to let them know of the situation twice LAST WEEK and got no response no voicemails no communication at all since then so I’m going to leave this review here. Be aware parents.

Staff are Amazing, loving, caring & professionals my daughter loves the center and everything about it! Best choice to sign my daughter up to attend here!
