Customer service at this Lowe’s sucks. Walked up to two employees in plumbing and they just drove away on a lift. Then pressed a help button and no one came. After 8 minutes I just left. A guy in a light blue vest walked by me twice and didn’t help. The help button was still going off as I left the store. I walked by 3 employees standing there shooting the shot and no one asked if I needed anything. Then 3 employees were blocking my way out and they took their good ole time moving so I could exit. I’ve only had good service at this store a very few times in the past 4 years. It appears poor management.
Typically have everything I need. Most employees are knowledgeable. Don’t like dealing with the lady they have in “tool world” she’s always rude and snaps at people, seems to always be in a very foul mood. Customer service counter is helpful when I come in to pick up orders. From my wait times I would suggest reorganizing the back storage area as both of my recent orders I’ve had to wait 45 minutes for them to find my orders.
Extremely disappointed with their shipping and lack of communication with the customer. I placed an order for 80 bags of mulch on April 11, 2026. The scheduled date of delivery was for April 16, 2026 (5 days). I live roughly 20+ miles from the store. The delivery window was very broad—8am to 8pm. I took the day off because they said someone over the age of 18 must be present. I sat and waited the entire day with no mulch, no call, no nothing until around 6pm in which I figured I would call in to check. When I called, the lady on the phone said their driver has already left for the day. You would think that if they had a scheduled delivery for that day, between 8am-8pm, that they wouldn’t leave early until their scheduled deliveries were complete. And if they did, they would have at least communicated with the customer instead of leaving them in limbo even longer… as if the 12 hour window wasn’t long enough already. The lady said my order would be delivered the following day (today), so once again, another day of missed work and another day of another 8am to 8pm waiting window. When looking at the tracking from the app, it now says delayed. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely absurd. I paid $80 for a delivery 20 miles away and we are now on day 6 with nothing and no communication and two days of missed work due to their negligence and lack of communication Where is my order Lowes? Why allow your driver to leave early before his job was done and then not communicate at all with the customer who’s already been waiting the entire day. You’d figure they wouldn’t leave early. You should at least offered the $80 delivery fee reimbursed even though two days of missed work is a lot more than that. Very unacceptable and bad business, and bad policy. Where is my order?
