One of the worst decisions I’ve made in my life was trusting this law firm. During a separation, in a time of distress I hired them to handle my separation agreement. Two years later after exhausting myself trying to keep up with the agreed terms. I’ve been told by four different Attourneys it was the worst separation agreement they have ever seen in their careers. Four separate law firms now. Nothing I can do, locked in by a “no modification clause” “why would your lawyer let you agree to this?” “Did you even have a real attourney look at this?” Steer clear, without a doubt the worst decision of my life.
It can be hard to rate lawyers/firms because of all the negative emotions that come with needing one in the first place, but Salena Davis, and her assistant (I believe she's her assistant, but could be wrong, so don't quote me please) Kelli Lyerly made the process SO much less stressful for me. I got what is essentially the best possible ruling for my case because of Salena's efforts, and because of the prompt and professional nature of the both of them. If you're in a bind, and looking for a lawyer, I could not recommend Olsinski more. If my experience told me anything, it's that you can't go wrong with these folks, even if you end up with a different lawyer than I had. I was able to ask questions any time I needed to using the Clio app, set up calls without having to shell out for them each time, etc. I never had to sit and stew in my own stress and worry, because they were always just a quick message away. I've used other firms in the area, and have never had such a painless and positive experience. The fees/rates are competitive with others, but are most definitely worth it. Invest in them, and you'll be glad you did. I know that I am.
What can I say, Kim Olsinski is the best attorney I have ever used. She spent alittle over 2yrs. on my case. She did an outstanding job. I am pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend her.
