Was actually really amazing place, my only disappointment was that I went looking for specific items to purchase and they were unavailable due to construction and had a temporary store. They were supposed to call us back so we could order what we wanted, but they never called. Was fun though making my own plaque!
I remember being a kid and dreaming about going to see the hall of fame. I finally got to see it as an adult and it didn't disappoint. Each room is packed with baseball history with artifacts or all shapes and sizes. This museum will teach you things about the evolution of the game that most people would never know. Just seeing personal effects of some of the greats is amazing. Baseball truly is America's pastime and the hall of fame is a great testament to that.
Hadn’t been to Cooperstown since 1993 and wasn’t sure if the HOF would hold up to the memories from my youth. Was pleased to discover that it exceeded all expectations. My two sons (10 & 9) loved it as did my wife. We spent about 4 hours there and I personally could have done multiple days. There is so much to see and enjoy. All the employees I encountered were helpful and friendly. Already looking forward to a return trip, hopefully much sooner than 30+ years from now. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
