A preserves site of the 1778 battle of Monmouth a major Revolutionary War. There is hiking horseback riding picnicking and a tour of historic farm houses like the Craig Home. There is a visitor center and self guided maps. You can walk the trails and see sites like Combs Hill and Perrine Hill. There are swings and bicycles trails. It’s open 8:00 to 4:30 every day.
