This school’s administration is completely out of touch and frankly unacceptable. While some of the instructors do a good job, the way the school is run completely ruins the experience. They are enforcing rules that were never clearly agreed to when I signed my contract, and now students are being punished for policies that feel made up on the fly. The rule about not allowing absences for things like court dates is beyond ridiculous. These are real legal obligations that you cannot ignore, yet the school treats them like they’re optional. It shows a total lack of respect for students and any responsibilities outside of the classroom. The infraction system is even worse. Hitting 8 infractions can cause you to fail the entire course, even if those infractions come from legitimate, unavoidable life situations. That’s not discipline that’s just unfair and punitive for no reason. It feels like the school would rather fail paying students than show even a basic level of understanding or flexibility. At the end of the day, you’re paying for an education, not to be set up to fail because life happens. The teaching might be decent, but the administration’s rigid, unreasonable policies completely overshadow that. Until they fix this, it’s hard to recommend this school to anyone.

The information session for counselors was very informative. It helped me understand the process for my students to help guide them. Highly recommend for counselors in trade high schools looking for more information and see the site.

This school is good to an extent some of the professors are good. But me being a prior student this school isn’t worth it. One of the professors lost a lab of mine that made me fail by a singular point. I had all passing grades for my other lab, class work, and exams. And guess what they kicked me out and tried to file a complaint that I was cutting class for a full 10 days trying to charge me 100 bucks!! The education director told me he couldn’t help me with my problem because he had more important things to do than solve a students problem. Then they tried to give me a new start date a couple weeks later they wanted me to redo all my classes again from the start. All three months I was in UTI btw. Aka they wanted to charge me more money on top of the course “I failed” by a single point btw. I hope this message really reaches people. Don’t come to this school. Go to a free trade school, or go to college. They’ll actually help you and not try to rob you for your money.
