Nice safe place
I’ve lived here for about two years. It started off great, but the quality has declined significantly. The laundry facilities are constantly unreliable, with machines frequently out of order. I’m in Building 9, and the apartment below mine is extremely loud — I’ve had to call the police multiple times and have reported it to the leasing office, yet nothing seems to be done. I also pay required pet fees for my animals, but the residents below appear to have pets without permits or payment, which is frustrating and unfair. The lease also states a two-vehicle limit per household, yet they consistently have three or more vehicles parked here with no enforcement. Overall, I’m very disappointed at this point and can’t wait to move. I would not recommend living here based on my experience.
