I understand this center has many positive reviews, which is part of why I toured it. Unfortunately, what I personally witnessed in the young toddler room was extremely disturbing. A staff member ripped a pacifier out of a toddler’s mouth, and when that same child walked up to her upset and raised his arms for comfort, she turned around and walked away. No one comforted him. I even tried waving at him to help soothe him, but he just stood there looking sad. What made this even more concerning was that it happened directly in front of the director. Based on what I personally observed, I would not trust this center with my child.
Our daughter was enrolled at Little Sprouts (Merrimack) in their infant room and we are very happy with the care she received. The staff is professional and friendly. We loved her two primary infant caregivers (Lori & Anna)! They were kind, patient and attentive. The infant room was always clean and well kept, and there were plenty of toys and activities available. We loved the cute and creative art projects our daughter came home with.
Our son has been at Little Sprouts Merrimack since he was 12 weeks old and we couldn't be happier with the choice we made. The staff is attentive and collaborative, ensuring this is more than a daycare and truly an early education environment. The daily communication and pictures help put us at ease - and show us how much fun he is having! There is no better feeling than seeing him be excited to see his friends and teachers every day at school! We drop him off knowing that he is in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where he is truly cared for and treated like family.
My little baby has been there since he was 3 months old and the experience has been nothing short of phenomenal! The staff is knowledgeable, communicative, professional, creative, and unbelievably caring. I am so happy we made the decision to send him here. Thank you for all the love you show to my little man.
Sent our infant here from 4.5 months to 13 months (before we moved out-of-state). She had a great time and they had a lot of activities for her.
