I hire a Contractor to do a addition on my house.He rip me off of 60k. Found today the Clark will not charge anyone who defraud homeowner. He told me this that my contractor arrest that was on the news was just a hores and pony show for the news. If your a homeowner get your 40k from the recovery fund at the contractor board. BUT DON'T Expect any primal punishment. According to the DA I spoke too it is not worth thier time.
Considering how this District Attorneys office charges some individuals in their jurisdiction. It will be a mystery to many Americans. How they even decide to "look at" charging individuals is shocking. Common sense should be able to answer that question in most cases without the need for further review. No wonder they are in the news so often. Chasing frame and the spotlight over protecting their own community.
When a Brian J Koechvar knowingly proceeds with charges based on incomplete, misleading, or selectively omitted evidence — it is a betrayal of public trust and a direct assault on due process
