We have been coming for about a year off and on and the instructors are amazing, they have so much patience with the kids and really focus on teaching them the right way to do things. I signed up for personal lessons with Jareb and I was blown away at my sessions, in one day I felt confident enough that I as a single woman could defend myself. The owner Alan is an amazing person as well he will help you find the best class for you and your family's needs
Great gym. Very welcoming and friendly at all age groups and skill levels. Amazing coaches. I highly recommend this gym for all combat sports. Very reasonably priced as well.
