I am a resident here at Emerald Lancaster. They don't even deserve 1 star. I've been here a month and mostly I have had the worst experience. Some staff is friendly but there are definitely some really rude ones. One time I was having severe chest pain and it took 7 hours for them to send me to the hospital. If I would've been having a heart attack I would've died before going to the hospital
My wife was with good nurses and staff. I have always thought they did a great job especially when she would blow up. I will never forget them.
Nothing but smiling faces and happy people at Emerald Lancaster. When your parents start to get older, you start to wonder how they’re going to receive the care and compassion they deserve, without sacrificing the needs of the family you built.
