Five stars! This is more than a school it’s a family. My kids are genuinely loved and safe here and they know it! My daughter actually asked me to invite her teachers to her birthday party. I can go to work with my heart completely at ease, knowing they are in the best hands possible.
My daughter has loved school at Einsteins. She has learned a lot and is already kindergarten ready as a 4 year old(I teach kindergarten). The experiences and learning they do daily is fun to watch and hear about from my daughter. They provide ways to keep families engaged. I taught preschool for 11 years and love to see the play being done daily as that is such an important part of preschool.
These people only care about profit, not your child’s care. Put my son in a room cause he was having a fit (he was 2 at the time, and he’s always had a stuffed animal for comfort when he’s scared…he’s 2) and they wouldn’t let him have it. So he starting crying, then then provider TOOK A VIDEO of our son crying and screaming, wanting to be held, saying he’s a problem (in the app messages) and sent it to us, showing her putting him in a dark room by himself, screaming with tears. Needless to say I wasn’t happy, we pulled him from there as soon as the next daycare had a spot. Wouldn’t recommend letting these people watch a pet, much less your child.
The new owner Melissa and her staff will forever hold a special place in our heart!! Her love and compassion is second to none! The changes and improvements she has implemented to the facility have truly been amazing! It’s the type of environment needed to foster young minds to learn the best they can! She is extremely dedicated to the futures of every single child that attends her program! We couldn’t thank her and her staff enough!! Highly recommend!
Zen has been so helpful and awesome! Our daughter loves going to Little Einstein’s, and I feel good about her being there. I’m grateful for Zen and everyone’s there for all they do for outback family!!
