About a week ago we were in Red Lodge just for a road trip and stopped in to see what the Hotel had to offer. Gigi at the front desk greeted us and shared so much and was so kind in detail, history and more. After being home we decided to get reservations and spend a night in the new week. We were blessed with Gigi working that day and even got into our room a bit early. Beautiful to say the least, and was truly a very comfortable place to stay. The snow came down sideways most of the day but was not something to dampen the day. We decided to have lunch at the Marli's in the hotel. We had an awesome waitress, Mel, who was kind and took the time to get to know us and provide great service. It is always a treat to get to know who is serving you when out and she took very good care of us. The food was wonderful and we of course, had breakfast the following morning. Thank you Gigi and Mel and room staff for an most enjoyable stay at an wonderful place. We look forward to our next visit.
This is a wonderful hotel to stay at. They have kept the historical looks and aspects of the hotel. It was a beautiful room, with a more modern bathroom. The staff were very nice and helpful. We will always stay at this hotel when in Red Lodge. Thank you to everyone that helped us there.
This is THE place to stay in Red Lodge in my opinion. The history is awesome, the rooms are very nice and clean, the location can’t be beat, and the customer service is excellent. Thank you.
Cleanest hotel I’ve visited in a long time! Even the bathtub was spotless. The location is great easy walking to shops and restaurants short drive up to the mountain. Staff were all so kind & great to our kids! Totally went above and beyond. We were told Marli’s was one of the best breakfast spots and it did not disappoint! Everything was perfect.
Super friendly and helpful staff, nice sitting area with fireplace, room was clean and decent size (especially for an old hotel). Bathroom was very clean. Price was very reasonable. Very minor nitpicks: the room could use another piece of furniture to put luggage on and the bathroom is not vented. Would be happy to stay again when next in town.
