Thank you Erin!!! Her energy therapy is pure magic! Her yoga classes are a transformative journey, and her retreats are an unforgettable escape. Great for holistic healing and relaxation. I plan on booking again here soon!
I highly recommend Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga on Stockton Lake with Erin, Owner of Spark. She made sure we were all safe and comfortable during our yoga session. She was friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable. It was the highlight of my trip, can't wait to go again!

Erin is genuinely one of a kind and creates the most amazing/inviting environment to practice yoga in and makes any of the services Spark offers into a truly extraordinary and wonderful experience! I’ve done their yoga sessions as well as energy therapy and the benefits I’ve felt from all are truly so far beyond what I thought a yoga studio could offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND is an understatement!
Erin and team are amazing to work with! It doesn’t matter if you are a novice or a master yogi Erin has a class for you! Very relaxing atmosphere. A great place to unwind and take care of yourself mentally as well as physically!
