Friendly environment and family oriented
It's a Tae Kwon Do class. My husband is a Red Decided (2 steps away from black belt), our son is a Green Decided (one step above midway), and I'm in between: Blue Decided. We started four years ago. I never really imagined staying in this long, but I've stuck with it because I like it. I describe it as like Tae Bo, but with self-defense (the instructors are big on that). 🥰 I also take their fitness class most sessions (Wednesdays). The one of the three of us holding boards, we're holding the boards we broke. The one of the TMNT head, is the head instructor lol. It was the annual picture day.
This business is amazing! Their classes are fun & interactive, along with safety and peace of mind (in my opinion), as the two highest standards.
does it cost money or is the classes free ? my son 18 is trying to get into mma/cage fightin
