I would strongly discourage any parent from sending their child to Cape Girardeau Public Schools if you have other options. My child was physically hurt at school, and the way the situation has been handled has been beyond unacceptable. Instead of prioritizing student safety or taking real action, the administration has been evasive, unresponsive, and more focused on protecting themselves than protecting students. When a child is hurt at school, parents deserve clear answers and accountability — not silence and deflection. If your child is assaulted or harmed, do not expect meaningful consequences or transparency. That is a terrifying reality for any parent. Schools should be a safe place for children. Based on our experience, that is not what you will find here. Proceed with extreme caution.
They are denying life-saving cancer treatment to one of their teachers. Disgusting.
If I could give this school a 0 I would it is so dangerous you look over your shoulder everyday wondering if your going to get hurt or worse dont go to this school for your safety pick a different school to go to.
