The cape Army recruiting office has been very helpful and resourceful in my transition from Marine Corps to the Army. The recruiters SGT Taufer and SGT Pappas have been nothing but respectful and professional to me throughout my process.
Sergeant Pappas worked me well good recruiter highly motivated and took through the process and explained throughly.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the Army Recruiting Office in Cape Girardeau, especially working with SFC Holmes. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to ensure my son got exactly what he wanted to do in the Army. No matter the time of day, SFC Holmes was always available to answer questions for me and my wife. His dedication and transparency were a breath of fresh air compared to what we experienced with the National Guard recruiters, who told us my son could switch to active duty after training if he enlisted with them first—something we later found out was not true. If you’re considering military service and want an honest, knowledgeable recruiter who puts your best interests first, I highly recommend this office. Skip the National Guard recruiters in this area—they’re not trustworthy. Go straight to SFC Holmes and his team if active duty is your goal. You won’t regret it!
