I like living here it’s not expensive, close to campus, and it’s quiet. The office ladies and Ms.Kim are sweet as well. Maintenance is fast too.
Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely horrible. Couldn’t get maintenance to fix air conditioning, water heater, or the mold growing under the sink. Sent in serval request and all were ignored.
Friendly staff, and clean facilities. Looks like a good place to live.
Overall a really great place to live. Kim genuinely cares about her tenants and went above and beyond to help me out with a personal issue. It never takes maintenance more than a couple days when I contact them about a concern. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, cozy place to live in the Starkville area.
