Kate, I wanted to thank you so much for today’s class. Well, for all of your classes. I began coming back to my mat after a long time away from it; finding me , who I am now. Some things are like I never left, and at other times I’ve had to give pause and be gentle in response to a pose. I wanted to thank you for the many options you gave for aiding in crow. Another pose I’d not done in a long time. Your options gave me the opportunity and created an environment for me to try again. Although I only flew for brief moments and in truth didn’t use some the props, but I appreciated the knowledge and comfort that they were there. I appreciate your communication always with various tips and pointers and goals. Sorry it was a long message, but I truly wanted to express my gratitude. Thank you for your teaching.
Great studio for all skill levels! The teachers are encouraging and fun. It’s a great way to get to know people in Starkville 😊
