The doctors/therapists are nice. However, the front is incompetent at best. They schedule appointments and then when you show up - "oh, it's not today". Human error - I get it. But this last time, there were at least 2 other patients that had been told the wrong times as well. It's ridiculous. People take off work and school to come to these appointments only to find out the person making them has no clue what they're doing.
Helped my kids a lot
the office in cathage is very rude, they said we are bad parents for letting our child run wild, which we never do. he gets his spankens for bad behavour. they know hes been diagnosed with ADHD and other things, hes gotten worse and all the lady could do was put the parents down to shame. this is wrong and those that done this should be fired for not doing their job.
