Most of the staff are friendly and it's a great place to get almost every bulk item possible, but the fact that you have to pay to shop even yearly is outrageous, the app doesn't work all that great and sometimes they forget you're pizza entirely when you order an entire pizza. Also I believe they should give you bags, especially since they want you to pay for a membership.
In one word, pathetic. Cosco please rescue us. This store has been soaring to the bottom over the last year or more. No appeal and feels depressing from shoe in. Fresh foods from ready to eat salads and entrees, seafood, meats, bakery and vegetables all scarce. Just the appearance makes you question the quality and in some case’s SAFETY. Fresh fruits and vegetables often have visible deterioration and MOLD. They keep items like veggie trays and bag salad for full price even a day before expiration. It’s clear they are entering a point of no return too. The bakery is a joke. Looking for a cake or sweet treats, stop looking. The display is bare bones and probably nearly EXPIRED. Meats are not stocked and overpriced. Toss a coin and you might get lucky to find a rotisserie chicken. If you do, please be sure to cook it some more and SEASON it at home. It starts with management and this Meridian, MS location is a 3 out of 10 and that’s being generous.
Exactly what you’d expect from Sam's Club. The highlight is definitely the Scan & Go feature in the app—it’s a total game-changer to skip the checkout lines and head straight for the exit.
