Thought i was sending my grandson to get the help he needed but he came home a totaly different kid withdrawn major mood swings. He always loved to get hugs now does not want to be touched. When you go visit you are not aloud to hug them or touch them you can't sit beside them you have to sit on the opposite side of the table its like your going to see a prison inmate. Not a good place at all. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!

I was in the crossing for 3 months, I was one of only roughly 5 kids to be perfect and never have a bad point sheet in the years they have been running. Staff members BULLIED us, sexual jokes, making gross comments about family members. I met my best friend in there named Simon we now have been out for many years he has a kid and he’s given me a job. With that said they would call him names such as semen instead Simon. They will try to poke at you and get a reaction to get you in trouble. Mr. Tony being one of the worst staff members in there. He lost my phone and didn’t lock it up in the safe and it got put into the outside shed and it got cleaned out. They also kept me there and extra month just so they could place me back at my home instead of just letting me stay in a group home for a single month which I much have preferred. These kids are all from DHS meaning they are already lacking a structured family resulting in their actions to even be in there. I was falsely placed myself. I shame anyone who sends their child here. This is not a behavioral facility this is a place of torment and structured by immaturity and lack of guidance from all staff and owners of the facility. This place needs to be shut down or reestablished and I pity the poor children who are currently there because it builds nothing but false hope and makes you feel empty. The will it takes to not misbehave just to feel like you have some freedom is excruciating. This place is a living hell and I will forever remember the anxiety stress and demons it gave me. I now have minor sleep insomnia because of it ect ect. I can go on forever. screw the crossings and godbless the children inhabiting this hellhole of a place

Some of the staff they are very mean they scream at the kids they call the kids liars They give the kids AP for no reason sometimes just where you got a right 25 definitions an hour there is the assistant administrative there named Mattie Gordon and she is the assistant to the one who runs the facility Mrs. Ray and there’s a couple great therapist there Mrs. Stephanie betts mrs. Dena Moore Mrs. memory barge there’s some great techs mrs. Joyce call Mrs. Jolanda Merritt mrs. Sylvia Clark and a few others but other than that a lot of the people are Mean there
