Professional atmosphere and instructor. My greatest advice would be, don’t let your certs expire. It can get pricey to regroup yourself.
Great instructor who knows his material and makes sure we also know it
It was very detailed and hands on. There was a downloaded video followed the instructor TJ explaining the steps the reason for the steps followed by us in floor with the dummies. He told us what we did right and wrong and let us think about how we could do it better and then explained. It was very helpful and clear. He answered any questions before the 25 question test to make sure we understood exactly what was taught. The class started at 2 and finished around 5:40pm so a little under 4 hours. The instructor was very nice, well groomed, educated and polite. I do recommend.
April was so informative and hands on. Her instructions were clear and concise. I really feel like I’m in the position now if someone were to need me, I am able to help them.
