My food was ready for me when I arrived at 7:23 PM. I had to wait seven minutes until the waitress finally came inside the restaurant from outside and gave me my food off the counter. My food was already ready and waiting for me but no one was there to give it to me and I had to wait seven minutes cause the waitress was outside.

Went there to eat with friends on 4/25/2026 my server was Charue and it was absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. Forgot our drinks and when we got our drinks they were the wrong drinks, forgot the salad, gave me the wrong food, had an attitude the WHOLE time and did not say sorry for a single mistake. I highly do not recommend her. The food was good and the manager was very apologetic but service like this should not be allowed. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 3 years before I became active duty military personnel and as someone who went here as a break from the demanding nature of the military im highly disappointed. A true LACK of care, respect, professionalism, accountability, and positivity was demonstrated throughout the entire dinner cycle. Will NEVER come back here again.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Chili’s Grill & Bar. I took my wife here for her birthday, and unfortunately, it turned into a very frustrating experience for both of us. The food quality was not what we’re used to at all. The wings were undercooked and way too light, like they hadn’t been finished properly. I only ate two wings because on the second one I noticed a pinkish color inside, which immediately let me know it wasn’t done. That completely turned me off from eating the rest. The Cajun chicken pasta came out cold, which was a huge letdown, especially for a dish that’s supposed to be hot and flavorful. On top of that, the fries were also cold. It honestly felt like everything had been sitting out for a while before it was brought to our table. What made it worse is that Chili’s is actually one of our favorite places to eat, so this experience was really unexpected. For a special occasion like my wife’s birthday, we expected much better. Instead, we left dissatisfied and disappointed. I’m hoping this was just a one-time issue, but based on this visit, the quality and attention to food just wasn’t there.
