Do not send your loved one to this place. They are horrible! They dont answer the phone and if they do they are rude. The staff is terrible. Not a good place at all!

Had a loved one all set and prepared to enter the program TWICE only to be told at the very last minute that his mental health portion of his insurance was not covered! I mean, you check that in the very beginning!! He went thru the assessment and all of the process, was packed and prepared to leave the next day only to get a phone call at the last minute. He’s very discouraged and I HOPE AND PRAY this doesn’t lead to him relapsing! Later received a call back over “insurance mix up” and he was actually admitted. He’s there in an amazing program doing well!

This place needs to be investigated. My child was there for over 24 hrs and never seen by a therapist of any sort. The "rule" is within 24 hrs. No call from a doctor or nurse. Their excuse - 1 therapist for 19 patients. I get that it may be a skeleton crew but that's not the children's fault. The violence and constant uproar in the girls unit is completely uncalled for and the nurses in that until just let the girls fight it out. Literally! When I received a call from my daughter, it sounded like a prison phone call. Constant screaming in the background. Also, admissions forged my signature on the paperwork. My daughter came home feeling worse than she did when she went in. In short, if your adolescent daughter needs help - steer clear of this place. Disgusting. Reporting to the state.

I took my dad here a few months ago and they helped him overcome addiction. There’s not many places that take Medicare, but this one does and they helped him with all that we had to offer. I couldn’t thank a better staff.

My father was admitted to Alliance Health Center on December 26, 2025. At the time he was able to walk and function independently. During his stay, I experienced repeated difficulty visiting him. On multiple occasions I was told he was “too hostile” for visits. When I was finally able to see him after nearly two months, he appeared extremely weak, heavily medicated, and could barely speak. While he was a patient there, he also suffered a fall that required him to be taken to Anderson’s Hospital, where he received 13 stitches in his forehead. When he left this facility on February 11, 2026, his condition had deteriorated dramatically. He was in a wheelchair, severely weak, malnourished, and dehydrated. Immediately after leaving Alliance Health Center, he had to be admitted to the ICU at Rush Hospital in Meridian, where he remained for nearly a week. Doctors there determined he was suffering from lithium toxicity along with dehydration, infection, and severe weakness. Since leaving the facility, my father has also told me that some staff members were very mean to him during his stay. Families trust facilities like this to monitor medication levels, nutrition, hydration, and overall patient safety. Based on our experience, those concerns were not addressed adequately. Because of the seriousness of what occurred, our family is currently gathering records and consulting with an attorney to review the situation. I strongly encourage families to remain actively involved and closely monitor the care their loved ones receive and if possible avoid this place at all cost.
