Had an 8am appointment, got us in fast, everyone was friendly, left by 8:30
This location’s employees have the worst attitude. I recently got married in 2024, and I went to have my name changed on my license to match my social. The lady helping me was very rude, made fun of the town I lived in, and also did not match my name to my social security card. Which the two different name thing has caused me issues for the past year & 1/2. I did not want to return because for one, I used over my hour of lunch to have this done. And for two, I was totally uncomfortable. Today, I went to have my license corrected & also renewed. I encountered another lady who also had a sour attitude. She told me that it was my fault for not checking my license before I left, and she always scoured me for filling out the incorrect paperwork upon arrival. She then incorrectly told me how to fill out the form. She took my paper anyways. She then was rude about my handwriting. Whatever. What got me was when she handed me my documents, she slapped them in front of me. And did not say a word. Nesbit DMV is very unprofessional, and they 100% need to be held accountable for how they treat their customers. I will not be returning.
If i could give zero stars i would. This place is an absolute joke. I got my license there in 2017-18. Lady was super rude and condescending. Mind you I'm 18 and have never been to a dmv. I since moved to Memphis and have moved back. So fast forward to 2026 currently live in desoto county and still have a TN license. Trying to switch it. Got something going on in Tennessee with a ticket or whatever. Trying to resolve it. Was told to get a specific document from Tennessee. Fine. Went and got it. Come back and get told “this aint gonna work”. The document i was told in person a week prior to go get. Now i have to go get a different specific document from Tennessee. I honestly had better service at the dmv off summer in Memphis when i swapped to Tennessee. Thats saying a lot.
I came in to renew my driver license, I drove even farther to go here since the reviews weren’t as bad than the ones in OB. My appointment was at 9:30 arrived 8mins early & left at 9:40. Super fast
