Small place with average veterinarians but their receptionist was very rude and condescending when I questioned her about the pace they were working at to see to our dog. “I don’t understand where you confusion is coming from” was her reply when asked when they would be looking our dog over after driving 60+ miles in a blizzard and waiting over an hour after drop off and we had called before we headed that way. Our dog did fully recover and we are very happy with the vets but someone needs to get fired or drug tested…….an attitude adjustment at minimum. Very unprofessional staff. I would avoid this clinic of limited convenience and use a try veterinary hospital even if the drive is further.
Thank you so much Roseau Vet for refusing an emergency service. When my dog got injured, unable to walk and was howling in pain while I was on the phone with you, you told me you only see emergencies on a drop off basis before noon. It broke my heart to have to put down my beloved pet. It broke my child's heart that his fur brother couldn't just go to sleep or come home in an urn. I had foolishly believed other people who told my child you could euthanize him and cremate him. You are .......
Absolutely recommend, The entire staff went above and beyond. They helped my cat with an immediate surgery with a full schedule and did a surgery while having a full day of clients. If the surgery didn’t happen, I would’ve lost my little fur baby. Little nova and I are the most grateful for the impeccable service and support that was provided immediately. I have been too many places and many vets I am so grateful for the tender, loving care and professionalism that was provided. Nova had a full recovery And had beautiful results with her immediate in-depth surgery. She is now living her best life because of this Vet and the staff on hand. Thank you, ladies from the bottom of my heart, For taking care of my little princess, nova.
