I needed many vaccines for school and immunization portal said I only had my COVID vaccine. After calling 2 other MCHDs with no luck (either too busy or lack of vaccines), I called MCHD St Clair Shores. I spoke with Melissa and she saved me from being late turning in my records by pointing out wait times in between certain vaccines and how/where/when to get them. I went in, and 3 ladies (receptionist/nurses?) literally took the time and figured out that I had 3 different misspelled names. They then corrected/combined all my portals and went over everything with so much patience. Turns out I don’t need any vaccines. You ladies have no idea what that meant to me. I hope I can find their names and send them gift baskets. This have been stressful, so thank you ladies for lifting this burden from me.
Very friendly stuff and well decorated for children.
