These guys were great! I was in Mt Pleasant for a week for a work conference and my car started making noise on my drive up. They were able to fit me into their schedule with only a days’ notice. They took a look at the car and found that one of the bolts on my heat shield needed to be tightened and also needed a washer. They didn’t charge me for the inspection or the washer! I also talked with a guy in the waiting room who was very friendly and has been bringing his car here for years. He had nothing but good things to say! Great place and seems to take great care of their customers! Thanks again for helping me out in a pinch!
You will not find more honest mechanics. Free estimates. They do not make promises they cannot keep and always give it their best effort. Been going there for many years. I trust Wade and Jeremy with all of my vehicles. Never felt cheated.
I had my vehicle looked at and they were able to get me in the same week to get my part replaced. Very clean inside and friendly service.
We have been going to this Muffler Man for almost 4 years now and it has always been a fantastic experience. Jeremy is always able to get us seen quickly and his techs (this time it was Brandon) are knowledgeable and quick while accurately diagnosing issues with our car. They are willing to talk their customers through the issues and answer any questions. Their prices are always fair and we haven't found a better deal from any other mechanic shop of such high quality. At this point we trust them explicitly and recommend them to everyone we know.
