I have been a member of Coastal Retreat for 2 years. I love the atmosphere - it really feels like you’re working out at the beach! And the staff are friendly and welcoming! I am definitely proud of my fitness progress over the past 2 years! Highly recommended!
This is the best pilates studio! Instructors are knowledgeable and want every member to reach their potential. It's an environment where all feel welcome. I've been a member for a while and I'm very happy.
I have been attending this studio for 3 months. Kristen is an amazing instructor and super kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this studio to anyone interested in Pilates or yoga. Awesome place!!
I’ve had a Pilates membership at Coastal Retreat since May 2023, attending classes three times a week, and it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and make every class feel both challenging and welcoming. This past weekend I finally tried one of the yoga classes—and absolutely loved it! The instructor created such a positive atmosphere, welcoming all skill levels, and the other participants were just as warm and inviting. It was the perfect blend of instruction, support, and community. Whether you’re brand new or more experienced, you’ll feel right at home here. The space is beautiful, the energy is uplifting, and the variety of classes keeps things fresh. Highly recommend Coastal Retreat to anyone looking for a place to move, grow, and feel good.
