Josie is wonderful. She has an upbeat, funny personality and explains how to do the poses in just the right way. I had never done yoga before and she led me in it for a week each morning - changed my life.

The instructor, Josie, was warm, welcoming, and explained everything just enough! I enjoyed learning why we do certain poses and how they affect the body.
