Visited Lehan's recently after they downsized a while back. While still a medical supply option that's local to DeKalb, the feel is much different from how it used to be, I have to say that I'm not certain that I'd revisit, even for the convenience. Having shopped there on multiple occassions in the past when it was full service drug store and medical supply, the feeling now is almost like an afterthought, and even the person acting as the greeter and sales person on the day that I visited seemed like she was disinterested in whether I made a purchase that day, or not. Total 180° change from the previous family owned feel of even 2 years ago. I was, frankly, quite disappointed. I'm sure that Lehan's still carries many more medical or sick room type equipment supplies than anyone in the area, but I don't (personally) feel that trying to shop locally in this instance would be to my advantage. I loved the "old Lehan's" with the choices and service provided previously, but my newest experience there left quite a bit to be desired. Which, to be fair, could just be a personal thing. But, this was my experience on this particular visit. Not bad, just unexpected.

My appointment was with the company representative April, and she was wonderful! I didn't feel like I was at a company appointment, it was more like visiting with a friend who is teaching me about the machine.
Mary was very knowledgeable and personable in getting me acquainted with my new PAP machine. She didn’t rush through the process and answered my questions in a very thorough and understandable manner. All of my concerns were addressed and allowed me to feel much better about using the machine. I’m five days into using the machine and have felt very confident in using it. Thanks Mary!
I have only had an initial first visit and it was very helpful explaining and figuring out which mask.
