Graduating this May so I wanted to stop by for some alumni or graduate merch. There were sale signs in one section saying UP TO but one specific rack said ALL 70% for just the select hats. Took 3 and saw it rang up as 82$… i asked why if they were on the clearance rack and she laughed in my face and only said “SAYS UP TO LADY” … I dont take that bs so I just laughd back at her face and walked away. So rude. Been going to school here for 4 years and you cant hire decent people to run a register?
I was told that I could not get a refund on two textbooks I picked up last week, because the drop period was over. I would not be upset, if the cashier had not previously told me there was a 30-day return policy, only to then be corrected by her manager that they would not be able to give me my money back. The bookstore failed to inform us that refunds were not possible after September 5th, due to the fact the OneCard office closed bookstore charges that day. Yet another reason people should stop purchasing their textbooks here.
really bad experience wouldn't recommend it.
