I lived in this complex for 4 semesters and have absolutely no complaints. It’s safe, well kept, quiet, and friendly! The landlords are wonderful and work very hard to keep this complex looking clean, and are very reliable with any help you need. It’s close enough to campus to feel involved but far enough away from the hustle of NIU.
Lived here for 2.5 years and really can't say enough great things about them. The leasing office staff is always very clear and quick with communication, accomodating with lease changes, and always seemed to genuinely care about me as a person. Maintainence was absolutely always quick to respond to any requests and they were always courteous (even toward my kitties!). While the units themselves are a bit dated, they are spacious, cozy, and well worth the cost. Would highly recommend renting here in a heartbeat.

My wife and I went on a tour yesterday and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Britney is great! Professional and you can really tell she cares about how we feel. She also answered every question we had. We look forward to applying for the apartment!
I have stayed in Eco Park for two years, the only reason I leave is due to completion of my degree. The property management is always kind and professional. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and communicates well if an issue arises. I would absolutely recommend this complex. Britney is the office is wonderful to work with and also simply chat with.
