Waited a very long time and went through A very tedious process with a man who had an attitude from the beginning And then, in the end, when we were finally done with the entire process which had stressed us both out I proceeded to apologize for my lack of knowledge of the situation, And he proceeded tell me if I watch how I speak to people and maybe that will help me in the future when I get a job, but the only situation that happened was caused by him talking over me and me having to repeat what I was saying several times to feel heard. Honestly that’s the most disappointing thing I’ve had happened to me at this place.
Was trying to figure out which insurance I had currently and why it was possibly switched, I was very polite and was just confused because one letter I had this month said I still had my old insurance and sent me new cards, but I received a letter today saying it was completely changed. My son needs our old insurance in order to see his specialist team for CF. When I was trying to speak to the customer representative about it she huffed and hung up on me. I've never felt more humiliated in my life.
There should not be an automated service. There should be a local office I can call and be transferred to a person that can connect me with a local caseworker. It's unbelievable how inept this public service is. If we cannot help our less fortunate in a timely less stressful manner, how do you expect anything to get better for all?
