Can't talk to anyone they just hang up
These people are completely useless
I recorder my phone call and the man on the line said I could t do that and he hung up on me. Absolutely insane, they can record but I can’t? Mind you this was after waiting an hour and half for someone to help me. How is this our tax money hard at work!?!?
Pure evil, this agency is pure evil, I get a notice that I need to verify my identity so I go to the link they provide, the link they provide makes me login with ID.me, it then says “for security reasons you can’t use this service” so I call the hotline, the hotline makes you wait an hour just to tell you the call volume is too high try again tomorrow, it’s been a week… today I finally get through to another call wait room and I am on hold for 1 hour untill finally someone picks up, and it’s just some lady’s voicemail. They’re just hoping we give up so they can steal our money.
