Loved this office and had no issues up until this morning. My son started with their office immediately after birth and was seen by a provider that is no longer there. I had followed said provider to another office when she left Monroe Pediatrics. Due to life circumstances I am no longer able to see this provider and wanted to bring my son back to Monroe Pediatrics as I trusted them and I am most comfortable with their office. I called them this morning to schedule my son for a check up and offered to sign a records release to obtain all my son's records from his current provider. I was denied making my son's appointment after I was informed that the receptionist needed to "check with her office manager before I can schedule the appointment". I was placed on hold, then informed when the line was picked back up that since I had taken my son to another office for reasons other than "geographically moving" (this was the receptionist's exact words) they could "no longer accept" my son as a patient. I work in healthcare and I could NOT imagine denying a patient care just because they left my office and then decided to come back. I don't normally leave reviews but this seems like my son is being denied care because I, his mother, tried to do what I thought was best his care at the time. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Shame on you Monroe Pediatrics for picking and choosing who you care for.

The providers we have met are wonderful! My daughter was sick for several weeks and we ended up there once a week for a month. Grateful for the after hours! Two things to improve on. 1. Update the website with proper hours and information. 2. Wait times!! we were the first patient at 2 o’clock for a well visit right after lunch and we were still at the practice for an hour and a half.. every time we go no mater the provider or time we are there atleast an hour. We’ll check or sick. So that is the biggest frustration ever, especially when you have a toddler who is sick and just wants to go home and sleep.

We love this place. They are kind and the Dr's are great. They are concerned about your child's health and strive to make them better.

We loved this office until we began getting bills for things we already paid. I just received one for October of 2024, it's now 2026. That one was paid by my insurance. I then received one for an office visit for my daughter this October that I already paid. We are self pay now so I asked what the total cost was and paid before the visit. After leaving message after message with the billing department, nobody will call me back. It's unfortunate because we have previously loved this office.

I’ve been going here since I was a small child and now my two kids go here too and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Every one on staff has always been super friendly and patient, the office is always clean, and visits are always enjoyable when we go. Ms Amy is one of our favorites but everyone we have ever seen has been too tier. We love dr hills office 🫶🏻 EDIT: going downhill with the front desk staff. Be it Waiting upwards of 45 minutes or hearing them pick up the phone then being placed back on hold, you’re gonn be waiting forever to speak to anyone to schedule or reschedule.
